Hello and welcome to my travel blog, where I aim to share my personal adventures across the globe while highlighting the beauty of the world around us. My name is Michelle and I have always had a passion for adventure and traveling, and that passion blossomed on my first trip as a teenager. I took my first flight with my parents from DFW to ORD and will never forget being in the window seat as the pilot turned us on our side to curve around the Chicago skyline as the sun was setting. Something clicked inside of me that evening.

From the bustling streets of Chicago to the luscious islands of the Galápagos, my travels have been filled with unforgettable experiences and memories that last a lifetime. Join me as I recount my trips, from the planning stage to the long flights back home.

Traveling for me is way more than just a reason to post on Instagram. From a young age I was drawn to learning about different cultures around the world. I grew up following my father where ever the Marine Corps took him, and that instilled a sense of wonder within me. I have always been fascinated in what makes us all different from each other, and soon grew to learn that those differences are what connects us and actually makes us so similar.

Through my blog, I want to connect with fellow adventurers and share tips, stories, and photographs that capture the beauty of each place I visit. I also aim to show new travelers that the world is big and wonderful and not as scary as people will say. Let’s embark on this journey together and celebrate the beauty of travel.
